Complaints Policy
Mr K. S. Ehtesham Khan Lodi strives to offer the highest standards of service at all times, if you feel that the service you have received does not meet those high standards, please put your complaint in writing to: complaints@ksehteshamkhan.com. Once your complaint is received, it will be acknowledged within 3 business days from the receipt of your complaint. It is essential that your complaint is understood properly and to that end you will be contacted within the initial 7 business days with a view to holding a discussion(s) with you regarding your complaint, following which you will be provided with a written response within 10 business days from the date of the receipt of your complaint. These timescales can be extended by mutual agreement. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Civil Mediation Council, please see: CMC Complaints Process.
