Mr Khan Sepehar Ehtesham Khan Lodi qualified as a Lawyer with a LL.B. (Honours) Law Degree from London, United Kingdom in 2008, and was called to the Bar at The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London, United Kingdom in 2010 and subsequently qualified as a Barrister of England & Wales. Furthermore, Mr. K. S. Ehtesham Khan Lodi also qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2012, and then qualified as a Solicitor Advocate of England & Wales by qualifying with Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings in 2013 and Higher Rights of Audience in Criminal Proceedings in 2014.

Mr Ehtesham Khan Lodi is a qualified and accredited Mediator recognised by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), in the provision of Mediation Services. Mr. K. S. Ehtesham Khan received his training from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in 2023.

Mr Ehtesham Khan Lodi is a qualified Arbitrator trained by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), in the provision of Arbitration Services, completing his training in 2023. In 2024, Mr Ehtesham Khan Lodi qualified as an Adjudicator with a Construction Disputes specialism, completing his training with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
